Is it gentle enough for sensitive skin?

Yes — tested across skin types, including reactive and post-acne skin. The weave is firm but won't tear the skin barrier the way a loofah can. Start on the softer side and ease into pressure; most people settle into using it about 3 times a week.

How is it antibacterial?

Pure silver ions are bonded into the fiber itself, not coated on top, so it doesn't wash out over time. Silver disrupts bacterial cell walls on contact — the same reason it's used in wound dressings.

How long does one towel last?

At least 6 months of daily use, with some customers reporting up to a year. That's roughly the equivalent of 8 disposable loofahs, which dermatologists recommend replacing every 3–4 weeks.

How do I wash it?

Rinse thoroughly after every shower and hang it on the included S-hook. Once a week, machine wash cold without fabric softener (it clogs the weave), then air dry or tumble on low.

What's the catch?

It's firmer than what you're used to, so the first shower can feel intense. By the third, most people prefer it to a loofah. If you don't see a difference in 30 days, you keep the towel and get a full refund.
